SHIPPING POLICY

I hope that you will be overjoyed with your Zanetta Designs purchase. All of my items are individually handmade. I am human and my pieces reflect the marks of progress. If, however, you are not happy with them and would like to make a return within fourteen (14) days of purchase, I will be a bit sad, however, I will refund to you the item's original cost only.

• No returns after 14 days.

• Item must be unused and in original condition.

• The item should be accompanied by your sales receipt.

• I reserve the right to inspect and return to you any item that is not acceptable for return.

• Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

• Shipping charges are not refundable.

• I am not responsible for any shipping charges.

To send a return, use the same shipping address from which your Zanetta Designs item was shipped. If you no longer have that information, please email (hello.zanettadesigns@gmail.com). I recommend that you insure your package and keep a receipt from your carrier for all shipments to Zanetta Designs, as I cannot be responsible for shipments that I do not receive. I also recommend a carrier that permits you to track shipments. Refunds on approved returns will be made as soon as practicable after the returned merchandise has been inspected. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
